Do my customers register with Seeqre?
No by default. You can map your own customer IDs and keep the entire customer experience inside your product. Hosted auth is optional.
What am I paying Seeqre for?
Your Seeqre subscription pays for access to our hosted licensing infrastructure, including projects, licensing and entitlement controls, device activation and related platform capacity. This is separate from payments your own customers may make for your software.
How are Seeqre subscription payments processed?
Where Paddle is offered at checkout, Paddle acts as Merchant of Record and authorized reseller for the Seeqre subscription transaction. Your own product checkout can separately use your preferred provider while Seeqre manages the licensing and entitlement layer.
Can I test before going live?
Yes. The platform supports test/sandbox workflows so integrations can be verified before any live charges are enabled.
