Refund Policy
Last updated: September 7, 2026
1. Subscription cancellation
You may cancel a paid Seeqre subscription using the billing controls available to your account or the payment-provider management flow. Unless a refund or mandatory withdrawal right applies, cancellation prevents the next renewal and your paid plan remains active until the end of the current paid billing period.
2. Refund requests
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, the service was materially not provided as described, or you have another valid reason for a refund, contact us promptly at sales@seeqre.com with the account email and transaction details. We will review the request in light of the transaction circumstances and applicable law.
3. Paddle transactions
Where Paddle is Merchant of Record, Paddle is the seller of record for the transaction and processes approved refunds. Paddle transactions are also subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Refund Policy, including any applicable statutory withdrawal or refund rights. Refund requests may be handled through Paddle Buyer Support or coordinated by Seeqre with Paddle.
4. Duplicate or unauthorized charges
Please report suspected duplicate, incorrect or unauthorized charges as soon as possible so the transaction can be investigated. Security-related reports may require account verification before changes are made.
5. Effect of a refund
If a paid subscription transaction is fully refunded, access to the corresponding paid plan or paid period may end or be reduced to the Free plan, except where applicable law requires a different result.
6. Mandatory consumer rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights concerning services that are not as described, faulty, unavailable where contractually required, or subject to statutory withdrawal rights.
