Terms of Service

Last updated: September 7, 2026

Service operator: Seeqre. “Seeqre” is the brand under which the Seeqre hosted software licensing service is operated. Legal and commercial notices may be sent to sales@seeqre.com.

1. The service

Seeqre provides hosted software licensing infrastructure for developers and software businesses. Features may include license issuance and validation, entitlements, device activation and limits, offline licensing, webhooks, hosted authentication, developer APIs, SDK integrations, usage controls and related administration tools.

A Seeqre subscription purchases access to the Seeqre service and the limits of the selected plan. It does not purchase ownership of Seeqre software, infrastructure or intellectual property.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure and use the service only for lawful products and activities. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account, workspace, API keys and integrations.

3. Plans, billing and renewal

Current plan pricing and included limits are shown on the Pricing page. Paid plans may renew automatically for the billing interval selected at checkout until canceled. Applicable taxes may be added where required.

Where Paddle is offered as the checkout provider, Paddle acts as Merchant of Record and authorized reseller for the transaction. Paddle handles payment processing, applicable sales tax/VAT responsibilities, receipts and buyer-facing payment administration in accordance with Paddle’s buyer terms and policies.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel a paid subscription through the billing controls made available to your account or through the payment-provider management flow. Unless a refund or mandatory legal right applies, cancellation stops future renewal and paid access continues until the end of the already-paid billing period.

5. Refunds

Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy. For transactions where Paddle is Merchant of Record, refunds are processed by Paddle and are also subject to Paddle’s applicable Buyer Terms and Refund Policy and any mandatory consumer rights.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use Seeqre to facilitate illegal activity, fraud, malware distribution, unauthorized access, intellectual-property infringement, deceptive products, sanctions evasion or other activity that violates applicable law or the rules of a payment provider used with the service. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, customers or third parties.

7. Your products and customers

Seeqre supplies licensing infrastructure. You remain responsible for your own software, content, customer relationships, product claims, end-user terms, privacy disclosures and compliance obligations. If you connect an external payment provider or portal, you are responsible for configuring that integration correctly.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable production service, but no online service can be guaranteed to be uninterrupted. We may update features, security controls, limits or integrations as the platform evolves. Material changes affecting paid plans will be communicated where reasonably required.

9. Intellectual property

Seeqre and its software, branding, documentation and platform components remain the property of their respective owners and licensors. Subject to these Terms and your active plan, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your own software products and business operations.

10. Data and privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that you have a lawful basis to send customer identifiers or other data to Seeqre through your integrations.

11. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Seeqre is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, loss of profits, loss of business, or losses caused by misuse, third-party services or integrations outside Seeqre’s reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

12. Termination

You may stop using Seeqre at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, fraud, security abuse or unlawful use. Where practical and lawful, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to resolve a curable issue.

13. Governing law and mandatory rights

These Terms apply subject to mandatory laws that cannot be waived. If you are a consumer, nothing here removes rights granted to you by the laws applicable in your country of residence.

14. Contact

Questions about these Terms or the Seeqre service can be sent to sales@seeqre.com or through our Contact page.
