Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 7, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Seeqre handles personal data when you visit seeqre.com, create a developer account or use the Seeqre hosted software licensing service.

1. Data we may collect

2. Why we process data

We process data to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, issue and validate licenses, operate integrations, prevent abuse, support customers, administer subscriptions, improve reliability and comply with legal obligations.

3. Legal bases

Depending on your location and relationship with Seeqre, processing may be based on performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, legal obligations, or consent where consent is required.

4. Payment providers

When you purchase a Seeqre subscription through Paddle, Paddle acts as Merchant of Record and processes payment and buyer information under its own privacy notice and buyer terms. Seeqre receives the subscription and transaction information needed to provision and administer your account.

5. Service providers

We may use infrastructure, email, security, analytics and payment service providers as necessary to operate Seeqre. They may process data on our behalf or under their own legal responsibilities, subject to their applicable terms and safeguards.

6. Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including account operation, security, dispute resolution, legal obligations and legitimate business records. Retention periods can differ by data type.

7. Security

Seeqre uses technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect account and service data, including authenticated sessions, access controls, audit records and cryptographic protections. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

8. International processing

Service providers may process data in countries different from yours. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for international transfers of personal data.

9. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, or request portability. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

10. Developer customer data

If a software developer uses Seeqre to license its own product, that developer determines what end-user or customer data it sends to Seeqre and remains responsible for its own privacy notices and lawful basis. Seeqre processes such data to provide the configured licensing service.

11. Children

Seeqre is a developer/business infrastructure service and is not directed to children. Developer accounts should only be created by persons legally able to enter into the applicable agreement.

12. Changes

We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. The current version and update date will remain published on this page.

13. Contact

Privacy questions and requests may be sent to sales@seeqre.com.
